160. Peter BURNETT
Peter BURNETT in America made contact via the Internet - initially with Dave BURNETT in Canada.
Peter and his wife Doreen have lived in the US since 1975 and originally began looking into his genealogy about 20 years ago (Pre Computer Days). Considering the lack of finding aids available to him then he had considerable success unearthing the Burnetts in the Ripon area. However, he found it impossible to tie-in all the BURNETTs he recorded in any way that made sense - so he gave up. Then, by chance he found Dave BURNETT's Internet reference to the Burnetts of Bishop Monkton.Peter provided all of the information in this file about the descendants of George BURNETT b:1815, at Straw House, Bishop Monkton.
Contact with Peter is being maintained.
